Interface RefGT represents phased, compressed, nonmissing genotype data for a list of markers and a list of reference samples.

All instances of RefGT are required to be immutable.

Returns the RefGTRec for the specified marker.

Parameters:

marker - the marker index

Returns:

the RefGTRec for the specified marker

java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException - if marker < 0 || marker >= this.nMarkers()
